Eat || Start the day at Four and Twenty Black Birds for pie and coffee. This adorable bakeshop is dangerously close to the Soapwalla Studio. We must suggest the breakfast pie, delicious!

Learn || Visit Proteus Gowanus, explore "The Hall of Gowanus," a permanent exhibit about the Gowanus Canal's past as an industrial shipping center.

Listen || Catch a show at The Bell House, a converted warehouse and performance space in the heart of Gowanus that hosts events including NPRs The Moth and Secret Science Club.
