General Shipping and Returns Policies
We ship US Post Office with tracking, as we've found that to be the most economical for our customers. If you'd rather we ship via UPS or Fed Ex, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping estimate. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products that were under the shipper's care.
You may return most new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by Soapwalla Inc. within 28 days of shipping date for a refund. We add a restocking fee of $5.00 to your returned purchased and do not include shipping fees. If your return is the result of our error, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. We will not return or exchange products that have been used or damaged by parties other than Soapwalla.
If you purchased your item at a store or online retailer, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than Soapwalla must be returned to the retailer and may not be returned to us.
You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by soapwallakitchen.com within 28 days of shipping date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging and received in good condition. If your return is the result of our error, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. Please email us and we will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
You should expect to receive your refund within 28 days once you've shipped the return parcel; in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days for domestic US shipping), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will send you an email confirmation once we receive and process the returned item.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us to request a replacement. We do not exchange samples, limited edition or holiday products.
